1. Dust removal method
The pulse-jet baghouse dust collector’s pulse-cleaning control system offers both manual and automatic modes, which can be switched between each other. The automatic control mode features two operational approaches—timed control and differential-pressure control—both of which are mutually interchangeable. Differential-pressure sensing points are installed at the inlet and outlet main ducts of the dust collector. When the set differential-pressure value (800–900 Pa) is reached, each chamber of the dust collector undergoes pulse-jet cleaning sequentially. The execution of the cleaning sequence is directly controlled by the master control cabinet (PLC low-voltage cabinet).
2. Maintenance and bag replacement
Bag replacement and maintenance can be carried out chamber by chamber without stopping the system’s fan, provided that the system is operating normally. The filter bag openings are fitted with elastic expansion rings, ensuring excellent sealing performance and reliable durability. The filter bag skeletons adopt a polygonal design, which reduces friction between the bags and the skeletons, thereby extending the service life of the bags and making them easier to remove.
3. Complete chassis design
The enclosure features an airtight design with excellent sealing performance and a stable structure. The inspection doors are fitted with high-quality sealing materials, and during manufacturing, a kerosene leak-test is conducted, resulting in an extremely low air leakage rate.
