The continuous rain made us unaware that spring had already passed; only when the skies cleared did we suddenly realize summer had deepened. Time flies by—before we know it, half of 2023 has already gone by. To recognize outstanding individuals, boost morale, inspire determination, set exemplary role models, and ignite the work enthusiasm of employees across Aites’ business units, a semi-annual summary and recognition conference for business units was held in the first-floor conference room of Aites.

Half-Year Work Summary

On August 4, 2023, the company held its first-half 2023 summary and recognition conference—along with an awards ceremony—for all business units covering the first and second quarters of 2023. During this meeting, the company reviewed and summarized its marketing efforts for the first half of the year. In the first half of the year, the company achieved sales revenue of 392 million yuan, delivering strong performance in the electronic semiconductor and solar photovoltaic industries and exceeding the sales targets set at the beginning of the year. At the meeting, heads of various business units shared their analyses and exchanges on the current market environment as well as potential future business sectors. Chairman Xia provided a comprehensive plan and deployment for the sales efforts of each business unit in the second half of the year.

In the first half of 2023, the company achieved impressive results in its marketing efforts. The company awarded both outstanding teams and individuals. Among them, Mr. Li from the Sichuan Branch ranked first in order-taking performance for both the first and second quarters, while Ms. Si from Business Unit Three ranked first in cash collection performance for the same two quarters.

At the meeting, Chairman Xia emphasized that all business units of Aites should remain humble and steady, stay focused on customer needs, continue providing excellent project services as always, deliver high-quality projects, dare to take on challenges, work hard with determination, and strive for even greater achievements in the second half of the year.
